| Hello, Although we are not planning to expand into day care for adults (more on expansion below), this quote reflects the loving atmosphere that we try to create at Lemberg, even as we imbue the children with the practical and emotional skills necessary to progress to the next steps in their lives. There’s always a new method or technology to excite and stimulate learning and personality development. In recent years, we have added experienced staff, upgraded the playground with new waterplay features and welcomed a part time clinical psychologist to our staff. We are expanding to offer more programs for school-age children too. Last summer we offered a STEM camp – TECH TREK for 1st – 8th graders and this summer it will run for 4 weeks! We are moving forward this spring on some additions to the area adjoining our main entrance. This important area is where children and their parents congregate at the end of our day. It will have musical instruments and eventually a playhouse for the children as well as places for the parents to sit, plan and socialize. The estimated cost is $25,000. There are opportunities for leadership recognition for donations exceeding $1,500. We continue to require support for family scholarships, funding of special educational needs services, and professional development resources for our students and teachers.
